These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of shop.bgpeptides.com and any purchases made from Bluegrass Research Lab (“Bluegrass Research Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All products sold by Bluegrass Research Lab are supplied strictly for controlled laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research purposes.

Our products are:

• Not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements

By purchasing from Bluegrass Research Lab, you represent that you have the knowledge, facilities, training, and legal authority necessary to receive, store, handle, and use these materials safely and lawfully.

You agree not to purchase, use, resell, advertise, or distribute our products for any prohibited human or veterinary purpose.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, quantities, concentrations, images, pricing, availability, and supporting documentation. However, minor variations may occur, and website information may be corrected or updated without notice.

Certificates of Analysis and other testing documents apply only to the specific lot or sample identified in the document. They do not constitute approval for human or veterinary use or a guarantee that a product is suitable for any particular research application.

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to review, refuse, limit, or cancel any order when we believe:

• The order information is inaccurate or incomplete
• Fraud or unauthorized payment may be involved
• The purchase may violate these Terms
• The products may be used for an unlawful or prohibited purpose
• A pricing, inventory, or website error has occurred
• Fulfilling the order may create legal, safety, or regulatory concerns

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any eligible payment reversal will be processed through the original payment method when possible.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in United States dollars and may change without notice. The price shown when an order is submitted will ordinarily apply unless a clear pricing or technical error occurred.

Payment must be successfully authorized and cleared before an order is shipped. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include secure bank payment through an approved payment provider.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, returned-payment fees, or other costs associated with their transaction.

  1. SHIPPING

Bluegrass Research Lab currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within one to two business days. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, inventory issues, address errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Bluegrass Research Lab is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Shipping charges and any free-shipping eligibility will be displayed during checkout.

  1. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials and the need to protect product integrity, all sales are final and products may not be returned or exchanged.

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, contact us within three calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the shipping package, label, packing materials, and affected product.

After reviewing the claim, Bluegrass Research Lab may provide a replacement when appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered only when a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.

Products must not be discarded until we have reviewed the claim and provided instructions. Damage reported after the three-day period may not qualify for replacement.

  1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customers may create an account to view orders and manage account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or close accounts associated with fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, or violations of these Terms.

  1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

• Use this website or its products for an unlawful purpose
• Make false or misleading statements when ordering
• Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout, payment system, or security features
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission
