Bluegrass Research Lab currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through shop.bgpeptides.com.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within one to two business days after payment has been successfully authorized and cleared.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, severe weather, sales events, or periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment. It does not include the carrier’s delivery time.

  1. SHIPPING RATES

Our current shipping options are:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: $9.99
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $150 or more

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal before coupon discounts and does not include taxes or other fees.

Available shipping options and final charges will be displayed during checkout. Bluegrass Research Lab may update shipping rates or promotional thresholds in the future.

  1. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery dates shown during checkout or provided by a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Carrier delays
• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Federal holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Transportation disruptions
• High seasonal shipping volume
• Events outside our reasonable control

Bluegrass Research Lab is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping provider, but we will reasonably assist customers with eligible shipping inquiries.

  1. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Before placing an order, carefully verify:

• Recipient name
• Street address
• Apartment, suite, or unit number
• City, state, and ZIP code

Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Bluegrass Research Lab is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

  1. TRACKING INFORMATION

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout or displayed within the customer’s account.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement after the shipping label is created.

A shipping-label notification does not necessarily mean the carrier has already scanned or transported the package.

  1. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Verify the shipping address on the order
• Check around the delivery location
• Ask household members, neighbors, or building personnel
• Allow up to 24 hours because some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before arrival
• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details

If the package remains missing, contact Bluegrass Research Lab within three calendar days of the delivery scan. We may require completion of a carrier investigation or claim before determining whether a replacement is appropriate.

A replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

  1. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

A package is not considered lost merely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that the package is lost, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and assist with an eligible carrier claim.

When a carrier confirms loss, Bluegrass Research Lab may provide a replacement after completing the necessary review.

  1. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If a package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, contact us within three calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the outer shipping package
• A photograph of the shipping label
• Photographs of the packing materials and affected product

Do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping materials until we have reviewed the claim and provided instructions.

Approved claims will generally be resolved through replacement of the affected product.

  1. RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or another issue outside our control, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any refund considered for a returned package may be reduced by shipping costs and other nonrecoverable expenses.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact us immediately if you need to request an order change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be completed after an order has entered processing. Orders that have already been packaged, labeled, or transferred to the carrier cannot ordinarily be canceled.

  1. PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

All products sold by Bluegrass Research Lab are supplied strictly for controlled laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, application, diagnosis, treatment, or administration.
